What a few months...
It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything here guys, I have not been living up to responsibility as a blogger and I apologize :)
So much has transpired in the last few months. I toured with Lifehouse, just headlined my first tour in Germany, signed my first record deal, had my first video on MTV, recorded a brand new album and have loved every minute of it.

Even Infinity is finite...
The Nick Howard & Rachel P Infinite Playlist Tour sadly came to a close this week with a sold out show at Joe’s Pub in New York…it was an amazing way to end such a wonderful tour and both Rachel and I are so grateful to everyone who came out to show us such support while we were on the road and all the wonderful people we met along the way.

3/21 - 3/24: Going Green...
Like so many places we’ve been on this trip, the beautiful shores of Ireland were another first for me. I can’t quite believe I’d never set foot in the Emerald Isle until Sunday, where Belfast awaited our crazy train and gave us quite a night to remember and a great welcome into the land of green.

They say Newcastle United fans are the best in the country and my hope that this would be reflected in the crowd at our show last night was fulfilled 10 times over. 5/4: Time To Party...
There is a stark difference in safety regulations between venues in Europe and those in the the US or the UK…at Frankfurt’s Batschkapp last night we someone how crammed 700 amazing fans into a room that would probably hold 300 in New York…you can imagine the energy that created, it was INSANE….wall to wall with screaming fans, sweaty, hot and down right FUN.

I’m sitting in the dressing room in Frankfurt and can’t get last night’s show out of my head, it was insane. 600 people, each as loud as the next, and each as awesome.

Beloved readers…my apologies for the delay in updating you on the tour so far. It’s been quite the whirlwind since leaving New York on Monday. 2/25: Moving on up...
The end of this week marks something quite special for me. As many of you are aware, the path to superstardom isn’t an easy one, and the American Idol over night success stories are few and far between. The reality is that in fact it takes a lot of time and patience to be able to do what you love for a living.

Do they just find artists and approach them about playing at their college…well…sometimes… but typically what happens is budding artists (like me)...

‘Welcome to Geneva - Trout Capital of the World’
That my friends was a real sign…I’m not making it up…I swear, if you ever drive into Geneva, NY (not to be confused with Geneva, Switzerland but coincidentally on a lake too) you will see the ‘Welcome to Geneva’ sign which then boasts that the town is the Trout Capital of The World.

2/8 Baby It's Cold Outside...
Having spent the weekend recharging my batteries and sleeping in till midday I was thrilled to have to get up at 4am yesterday to make the 4.5 hour drive up to Central New York in time for my show at Cayuga College…it’s probably not a good thing when you can’t remember half the journey, especially when you’re behind the wheel…just kidding mum! (she reads this blog)

2/4 It's a Small World...
Brighton (my home town) is a relatively small town and it’s random enough when you run into someone else from there when in New York City. It’s even weirder when you run into to someone from Brighton at a College in Central New York State, 4.5 hours from New York City and in the in the relative middle of no-where :)

1/27 Spotting the difference...
My voyage into Pennsylvania continued today with shows at two Colleges in York, a lovely town which I discovered was the nation’s capital for a period during the civil war and also boasts the title of the nations softball capital…not two accolades you’d usually associate with one another :)
