…I don’t need to finish that line, you get the idea. When you are traveling to new places, meeting new people and experiencing things for the first time you really have no idea what to expect:
Case in point 1: Little did I know as I drove through the snow to within 30 miles from the Canadian border that nestled in the trees of Northern New York I’d find the friendliest and most welcoming group of students I’ve encountered yet and one of the most fun College shows I’ve had so far. Check out a pic from the show, the crowd was awesome and I even got a tour of the school from a student who had mono… and that friends, is dedication.

A much better day than I expected it to be when I woke up and saw poor Rocky covered in snow…

He’s a trooper though, don’t worry.
Case in point 2: When I set up a time to tape a few songs with the awesome people at CitrusTV I didn’t know that in addition to the performance we’d also be taping a sketch comedy skit for their Syracuse After Hours program…turned out to be a hilarious few hours with a group of super talented people who couldn’t have been more fun to work with. We’ll be getting the video from the shoot over the next week or so and I’ll be sure to post here when we do…in the meantime, here are some pics from the taping:

Think Conan O’Brien…less the $40m Golden Parachute….

That’s me…on the TV :)
