3/17 & 18: Up Down Left Right…

Up here, down there, round the roundabout and back again…that’s been the story of the last few days…last time I spoke to you I had just driven a rather rural drive to Liverpool where we played two nights ago.

The Liverpudlians win the award for the drunkest crowd so far…but it was St Paddy’s Day so it was all very justified. I think the fellas in Boyce Ave were a little perplexed at the vomiting and passing out of the locals at 5pm on a weekday but they took it in their stride :)

We had a little exploring time in Liverpool so I took the liberty of checking out another mecca for my love of music…

This really has been quite a trip for musical history…especially that which relates to the Beatles…

Back to the crowd in Liverpool…they were pretty loud

From Liverpool it was a trek up the M6 (a motorway this time) to the wonderful land of Scotland, yet another first for me and again I was amazed at how fantastic the music lovers up there turned out to be.

We had a packed house and the crowd literally screamed for about 2 hours straight…there will be some sore voices in today I’m sure but not one scream was lost on me or Boyce Ave and again, as I keep saying on this tour, thank you for making me feel so welcome in your city…I hope you’ll come back and see me next time.

This is how loud the Glasgow crowd got last night…it was pretty nuts…
